Teamwork Locking, Notifications and Log

With Teamwork, is there any way to lock for example a wall permanently, or prevent any other teamwork members to modify it?

I know I can reserve an element, but I'd like to lock some walls permanently.

Also, can I attach notiications to some objects, like for example if they are modified in whatever way?

Also, I don't find any extensive logging, like what changed today by team member A?

You can lock individual elements (Edit> Locking> Lock...) but that doesn't mean someone else can't unlock it in the same way. Could work as a deterrent though, if everyone knows what locking something means.
