BIMcloud server licenses no longer available in active project

We are experiencing problems with the floating licenses for our BIMcloud server. Users who work in BIMcloud cloud Teamwork project that have already claimed a license randomly lose their licenses. They then receive the message "The BIMcloud was not able to reserve a license. Please contact your administrator for further information". Surely you should only receive these notifications if there are no more licenses available? How can we solve this problem?

Without knowing any more details, it's hard to tell what is going on. It might be a problem with your CodeMeter which is not available time to time, it might be your BIMcloud Manager which is overused and can't respond in time, or simply someone revokes license from others in favor of themselves to be able to work.

I recommend you get in touch with your local Graphisoft representative (you can find their contact here by selecting your country: https://graphisoft.com/contact-us#where-to-buy) and sharing a BIMcloud support package (https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Teamwork-articles/BIMcloud-Support-Tool/ta-p/304111) can help them to get back to you faster with a solution.
