Check the Fill Category selected under Advanced Settings in the Fill dialog box, the category you have selected might not have any vectorial fills. If your project actual has no vectorial fills, then you can import them from another project using the Attribute Manager.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
