Toolbox off the bottom of the screen?

I like to have my toolbox detached (un-docked) from the main window.  Problem is when I do this, the tool box extends beyond the bottom of my screen.  I can't get to the bottom of it to stretch it back up to the bottom of the viewable screen.  Brand new installation of AC27, hotfix up-to-date.  Any ideas?

I forgot to attach a sample image; attached here.

If you move the cursor to the top of the palette you should get the double-arrow icon, stretch the palette down (which will shorten it), then use the bar at the top to drag it up. Do this multiple times if necessary. Then move the top of the palette to the top of the screen and use the double-arrow at the bottom to stretch the palette down.

Can't you drag the upper corners  of the toolbox diagonally and shrink it downwards and the drag it up?

At least this is how it can be done in Windows.

Video attached.
