Complex profiles are not easy to work with especially for a lot of walls, morphs also are not easy to manipulate like walls, you cant just drag a points.
Essentially the ideal solution would be a wall that i can grab a point and lift it up on z where it fits me.
Any ideas?

It will follow your terrain if you associate to contour nodes.

could you explain a bit more? the wall fence wouldn't necessarily snap to contour nodes (i suppose you mean the mesh points), most of the time its a freeform spline.
i just need the top part to slope up and down whenever i want. i would have to do that manually because it doesn't follow the terrain precisely.

The points in between may end up above or below the mesh surface.
But you can manually adjust the railing node heights.
Or just create a "Fit to User Ridge" on the mesh where you want the fence/wall to go.
Make sure there is a node on this contour for every point that you want to control the height of the railing.
This will create a node (post) at each of these points on the railing.
In my example you will see a fence post on each of these nodes (and some inner posts between if the span is long enough).
But if you have a plain wall (just a single rail), you will have the posts turned off.
Barry.

and to make the rail look like a wall you just use the panel option?

Delete the top rail and hand rails and the inner posts and the end posts.
Just set one rail to the size of the wall you want with the base at zero height.
You may also need to set the connection of the rail to continuous.
I don’t have ArchiCAD with me at the moment so I can’t show any images.
