Trapezoidal & polygonal wall

Could anyone help me on, where we can draw exactly ( Application ) the trapezoidal & polygonal type of wall? If anybody has experience on drawing these type of walls.

Trapezodial wall: good for asbuilts of existing adobe, stone and other old construction.

Polygonal: Very handy when you have multiple walls meeting and their intersection doesn't look right.
Interesting furniture, etc.
