I am finding that V15 is working slower than V14. In V14 the placing of a 3D or 2D element happens instantly on the final or only click. IN V15 there is a lag of maybe 1/2 or 3/4 of a sec from the click till the item is placed. Ie even drawing a simple line the first click is fine then there is a delay after the second click till the pencil curser diseappears and the line is placed. I still have V14 installed and I can test them side by side running at the same time to see the difference.
What on earth could be causing this?
