Something called "Incremental Drawing" is turned on by default in version 22. In previous versions it was turned off. Going into the Registry and creating an entry to turn it off seems to have resolved this problem for me.

3d navigation is now a lot
(a LOT)
jerkier than it was in version 21, but at least the entire model remains visible. I'm guessing Graphisoft reallocated memory resources in this version and 3d openGL got short-changed as a result. Personally, if I had to chose between version 22's smooth 2d zooming and the really smooth 3d navigation I was seeing in version 21, the 3d would win every time.
