License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

View map rotation

We migrated from Archicad 13 to 14 overnight & the teamwork project is working fine. The only issue is that we had one wing of our building saved in a "1:50 rotated" folder as it was not parallel to the rest of the building. The rotation seems to have been lost & we are unable to get it back.

We have tried the usual "Rotate Orientation" and then "Get current window's settings" but this does not want to work. Any ideas?

Is it perhaps an Archicad 14 bug or are we doing something wrong?

If I understand correctly, the rotated building wing is in a separate file. You will need to update that file separately to 14 before 14 will read it. Did you do this step?

It's a separate folder in the view map. It used to be a rotated view of the main plan but that no longer the case...

Did you redefine the view or make a new one?

There is a small change in AC14. When 'Ignore zoom when opening is view' is on, then it not only ignores the view, but also the rotation!

Check this by placing the view onto the layout, it should be still rotated correclty.

It appears to be working now. Thanks Master Script!
