Visibility in 3d window

Hello,

If I select some area in marquee and press F5, then why my 3d window shows view such as attached image( not always). some materials are visible as black.
My material editor shows same material perfectly in both rendering engine.

There are three rendering engines: OpenGL, LightWorks and the old "internal engine" (forget z-buffer, everyone else does). You are probably using OpenGL in the 3D window. Does the problem only occur when you use the marquee? This would suggest a bug or display problem. If it happens all the time it could be a problem with the textures in OpenGL.

Yes, i am using open GL rendering engine in 3d window.
But it is happening recently not before.
