WHERE'S THE GHOST STORY IN ArchiCAD 11

I read a post about this from someone who said he had build #966. He described my problem exactly, and I have build #970. Can anybody tell me how to access the Ghost Story Display? According to the Reference Guide and online help files, I should see the Ghost Story Display tab in the "Mini-Navigator Palette" which, by the way, isn't called that, and it's not found where the help files say it should be. Once I figured out that it was called the Window switcher palette, I opened it, but there's no Ghost Story Display tab. I even have a keyboard shortcut set up from my previous version, (9) that should show or hide the Ghost Story, but nothings happens.
Any suggestions? I'm using 11 for the first time, and it's a two story building. It sure would be nice to be able to see the floors above and below. I guess I can always cut and paste, but shouldn't I be able to show the Ghost Story?

Maybe we're not talking about the same thing. Here a screen shot of the palette I'm referring to.

In AC11 if u know how to trace a section or an elevation " or anything?" its the same way.. just set the desired story as a trace

If you want to assign a keyboard shortcut for hiding/showing the old Ghost story (now called Trace), go to your Work Environment, Keyboard Schemes > Keyboard Shortcuts, set the List to All commands by theme, then scroll down to folder 15 Trace & Reference. Trace On/Off will hide/show the old ghost story, Show/Hide Trace and Reference will show/hide the new Trace and Reference palette.

Thank you all for straightening me out on this. It's all starting to make sense now. I opened my project template (from AC9) in AC11, which used my company Work Environment. So, even though I was in AC11, I still had the old Command Layout from AC9. I was reading about things that I couldn't find because they're all on the new Menu bar, and all I could see was the old Menu bar. There wasn't any Mini-Navigator Palette. I didn't have a "Design" pull down menu. There was no "Orbit" or "Explore" buttons. So, out of desperation, I opened a new project using the "Standard Profile 11" Work Environment, and lo and behold, there was all this stuff I couldn't find!
So, I appreciate everyone's help, and now that I can actually find the Trace and Reference Palette, I can proceed to the next roadblock.
