Wall divided in two at the same time

hello

I have a simple question
I need to build a wall....but this wall is actually divided into
two covering...1/3 t the bottom textured with brick and stand out 5cm
and the other 2/3 left clean wall...

what is the command to do that?

either build one wall on top of the other or use "Complex Profiles".
