Wall intersections

I have some problems with the wall intersections : the priorities works in 2D but in 3D the result is pretty bad. So how can I do a "L" connection in 3D like in 2D ?

You just need to model the walls as you want them to be.
The problem is as soon as two walls touch they will trim as you have seen.
If you can't move the node then (might just snap back to the corner) then you can trim the wall.
In the floor plan select the wall that you want to stop short.
You must have the wall tool active to do this so if it isn't already the active tool then select the wall tool.
Now CTRL click on the side of the other wall where you want the selected wall to stop.
The wall will split in two and the short overlapping section should be highlighted.
Just delete it.
Done.

move this point to the outer side of the wall and it worked for me.

Paolo [cartann]'s solution; placing the walls on different layers with different whose layer intersection numbers do not match, That's what it is feature is for.
That said changing both the surface materials and the fill(s) used in the inside of the will also keep the walls from cleaning up in 2D and 3D. Just don't use the "Intersect" edit on them.
