Weird dot near the cursor

Hi... I have a problem with the cursor in archicad 15. There appeared an annoying dot in the head of the arrow, and the snap doesn't always work... I think I accidentally activated something. I really need to turn this off, does anyone know what is it?

The default shortcut is the "s" key, so easy to hit by mistake.
