Openings gives weird results

I am trying to achieve something like this;

Using the Opening-tool:

But it somehow makes a weird edge, as shown with the green arrow. Some setting I missed?

However extended above wall height, what is over wall height disappears:

Anyone?

Limitation of the tool. Is there any issue with including your window within the opening? Your example has a black casing around the entire opening.

Then it looks like this:

Oh yeah, always forget that the limited depth opening does that... Add a second opening overlapping your window.

Another reason for my Opening Tool wish.
