When is AC 10 Release Date

I thought AC 10 was going to be released around the end of February. Any ideas on when the new version will be out, and what capabilities it will have.

I went to the upgrade site and it automatically sent me to a link for the new WIBU key plug.

It probably wouldn't hurt to have this download ready.
