Why schedule is showing different result

Hello
I have drawn a double side plasterd wall.
which is 3000 length and 3000 height
in schedule, why brick area showing 1.2 m2 and Stuco white fine 18.3
plz explain.

You haven't indicated the thickness / width of the wall, but from. the numbers it looks like it is reporting the base area of the brickwork 3m long x 0.4m wide = 1.2m2 and the stucco may be oversize to include the exposed edges. See if this explains...
