Window Sill Material is locked AC14

The Sill Material for the AC14 Windows is "grayed out" and locked for me it is Material #140.

P.S. - The AC template file does not even have a material #140

Confirmed, at least with US library. Don't see a workaround. GS has now entered this into their bug system.
