Using Archicad 24 on a MAC platform. Putting windows into a solid wall. Some of the window stick way into the room, other windows do not. Checked all the settings, reveal is set at wall edge, still projects into the room

Post screenshots of the wall and window settings?
Usually that is caused by the reveal in the window (which you said you checked) or if the wall is a profile then the window opening location
