Windows missing lines in elevation

I'm looking for some help on my window issues. When the materials are assigned to each component, the windows show up in elevation with some lines missing. But if I check the box that assigns the same material for interior and exterior, all the lines show up properly in elevation. Does any one know why that is ? It must be a setting somewhere that did this and I can't back track far enough to figure it out.

I figured it out finally. It turns out I have an a library that was not updated. When I did a check and update the library, it fixed the hidden lines.
