License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. They still work as always. Are other keyboard commands working for you?
Check CapsLock status - some shortcuts do not work when CapsLock is on.

Yes ...

CTRL Z, if using non-English keyboard where Z and Y are exchanged, has to be CTRL Y ...

I know that Z and Y are exchanged in Romanian mode. What about A and X ? Not works also ! And Caps Lock is not active !

My previous version was AC 8.0 R3 and this capabilities worked. Few days ago I was uninstalled the old version and installed 8.1 and ... surprise ! This feature no more available.

Usually I clean also the registry files from old version components, before installing a new version. But this time I didn't, I just removed from add/remove programs. In installing process of 8.1 appeared a message window with an error. I had a few choices: "ignore", "cancel", "retry", etc. and with "retry" option, the process continued.

The program starts normal, I can do anything except this important feature. I reinstalled the application (with the same error message !), restarted the computer etc... but nothing.

I will try to reinstall with classic cleaning of the registries. Can be something else ?

Constantin

Now I have installed both versions 8.0 R3 and 8.1 on my computer. In the first, works coordinate constrains, in the second NO.

Is something about XP ?

Hi Constantin,

I was reading through past problems on AC-Talk and discovered that your issue may not have been solved. Any success since?

BTW. Did you try cleaning preferences files?
(they are in: \Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Graphisoft)

What is the error message you get during installation?

Cheers,
Greg.
