Zooming to nowhere in sections

Hello All,

Every time I open up my sections, AC zooms to an arbitrary location somewhere out in space. So every time I open a section I have to zoom extents. It been annoying me for about a year now. The little + sign indicating the origin is right at my section as well. I have tried redefining the origin of the section window to fix this, but to no avail.

Are you navigating to your Section via the View Map? If yes, within the settings there is a checkbox at the bottom - "Ignore zoom and rotation when opening this view" - make sure this is UNchecked.

I was using the view map. I looked at the settings and the box was Unchecked. I checked it for the fun of it and now it zooms right to the drawing. Thank You!!
