casting shadows while working on 3d ??

Hello everyone i have just a simple question
i want while i am work to have like sunny place and shadow like the one in the image how i can justify this in setting or in 3d window setting
please i need this it makes it comfortable like sketchup

This can be set in your 3D Window Settings dialog box. Go to pulldown menu View/3D View Mode.
The sun is controlled by 3D projection settings also under View/3D View Mode.
