Hi Ittai,
Is the folder empty when in AC or in your program folder/ library folder?
If 1st case; do you have the corner window tool selected before entering the dialogue box?
If 2nd case; yes you'll have to replace the missing corner windows, either by getting the folder from somebody else and dropping it in the lib. folder again or re-installing AC.
