curved windows

i wanna stick some windows in this wall and make them curved.. i pushed the litle "curved with wall" button but dosnt make any change with the item? am i meant to be doing something else?

the curved with wall thing applies only to the cill, not the glass, i'm afraid.
depending on what you're doing/ need, either use a curved window from the posts mentioned above or, as it would be in real life the window would be a series of straight facets so you 'd model it that way.... HTH

Hi there,
there's always been a curved window in the metal windows section of the AC library, at least up to v9 of the australian version of AC.
I haven't upgraded further yet, so I can't tell for v12;-)

Not necessarily. Certainly modern glazed walls are made from a series of facets, but many heritage restorations demand curved glass in window frames. These guys are near Boston:

true... i was thinking new build work...
and curved glass is :sharp intake of breath: expensive!

yeah in the real world it will be straight panel butt-joined glass.. and ill put money on it being that in the end after he gets the price.. but the guy has a $mill to spend on the house... so it might be ok.
