disappearing palettes

I have just installed AC 11 on a new iMac. I loaded my profile info from another machine. I cannot get the coordinate info palette to show, even though it is turned on. I tried turning it off and back on but it does not show (this worked with the toolbox). Any ideas?

Try setting your display resolution to a higher setting. The Palette may be just out of your visible screen area.

If David's tip doesn't work, you can open your work environment profile and set the Palette Scheme back to one of the standard locked ones.
