docking a second section drawing

How does one add a second section drawing to the dock?

Just right-click on its mark and choose "Open section in a new window"

There is also a setting in the Work Environment that will allow you to automatically open sections/elevations and layouts in a new tab (window) each time you open one.
This can quickly increase the number of open tabs (windows) though and you may need to keep closing a few to keep it under control.
