drawing selection settings-dotted line frame

hello, pls see attached file. usually i have dotted frame around drawing on layout book. but it dissapear. so i coppied it from previous file to new file - still bad. pls give me advice.thanks

it's a display option.

or at least it was if i recall. you're saying 'layout book' like you're still using plotmaker? in which case go to your display options and choose to show the drawing frame or outline. i can't recall what it's called exactly.

if you're using archicad 10+ then it may or may not reside in the 'on screen display/view options' - again i forget - i don't have archicad open - but this is the place to start.

and please put your archicad version and operating system in your signature - as it asks you to do in the sign-up instructions - so that we can better help you . . .
