elemnt faces to mesh

i don't know , but having the ability to change element faces to meshes , would be helpful in design , like selecting wall " something like explode" faces are meshes !?

any way i was thinking of that , and after spending few hours at you tube , looking for funny stuff , i've seen this revit Video , i think its kind of what i was thinking.
