export from archicad to autocad with the same length?

Hi
when i export from archicad to autocad how can export it with the same exact length
second : when i import autocad drawing how i can import it with ability to select line by line not as figure and with the same length ?
please help

Hi Ahmed,

1 In the DWG Translator settings in Archicad, you have to set what length the Drawing Unit in the DWG matches. Up here, it's usually 1 meter or 1 millimeter, but it depends on what the Autocad user wants.

2 In the Open Options of the DWG Translator settings, select Translate AutoCAD Blocks as: 2D Elements or Grouped 2D Elements.
