hide object in plan- not hidden in 3d model elevs-sections

Is there any way to hide objects(for example 4 specific beams) in plan view but see them in 3d model and in elevations-sections;

Yes. You will need to define different Layer Combination, one for floor plan and one for Elevations and 3D.
