look at the picture. I created with a complex profile and a beam. But i want to do it in slabs (complex profiles dont support slabs). I tried with composite structures but there is no gap options there.

please help!

Use Solid Element Operations.
Slab for the main Slab, other Slabs on a wire-framed Layer (set in Layer Settings Dialog) for the holes, then Subtract them from the main Slab.
If you know some GDL, you could code the several holes as one GDL object and you would then have to subtract only one element from the main Slab.

I'm not sure why you feel you must have this done with the slab tool instead of with the beam or wall tool? Complex profiles are perfect for representing pre-cast concrete floor systems.

If modeled with the wall tool, then you just need to make sure that your the layer used for floor slabs has an intersection priority that is different from any of your wall layers.

The only advantage I can think of offhand to slabs is that they permit cover fills...and you can easily cut holes in them with the tool itself for stairs, etc (vs using SEO).
