how to trim the staircase lower part that connect with the slab ?

Hi all.

how can I  trim the staircase lower part that connect with the slab ? I tried solid elements operation ( even with "downword extrusion ", I chabged also priority of building materials ( different concrete for slab and staircase body ) but had no luck. ANy suggestions ? Thank you in advance
