Is there any "W RIBBON 70" window with the ability to have transom ... it would really be a big help when making simple, customized windows that require transoms considering that you can have any number of sashes.

Probably not what you want to hear but 'Fastwindow3' does this sort of thing - from 'Objects Online'.
