line thickness issue

Hello.
I have the following issue: lines of different thickness and colour overlap. In the picture one can see black thick lines, representing walls, and orange thin lines, representing furniture. When the furniture is placed exactly in front of the walls, the lines overlap and the orange thickness diminishes the black thickness, which is exactly what I want to avoid.
Is there a setting that can solve this?
Thank you.

It is not actually the orange line thickness of the furniture that is the problem.
It is the fact that the furniture has a fill with a solid or screen coloured background.

You can either turn the fill off in the furniture object or set it to use a fill with a transparent background (i.e. empty fill).

Or even easier just adjust the display order of the furniture backwards or the wall forwards.
The display order is for plan presentation only - it will not affect heights in 3D.

Use the Display Order to either Send Backward the Furniture or Bring Forward the Wall.

Thank you for the answers.
What if I had two lines: one thick and one thin. How do I set the thick line to prevail when printing? Do I use the same bring forward/send backward command?
Thank you.

The print should match what is seen on screen (WYSIWYG).

Can you post a screen shot so we can see what your problem is?
