make truss with my own profil

dear master,
i want to make truss with my own profil, thus this profil is not exist in trussmaker.

an archicad master has shown me his work, but he does't have any time to teach me how.
he didn't use add on (like cad image) . he just did maunally

i hope any masters would like to share the way to make the truss.
i sent the file (jpeg) that i got from him.

Hi endeperdian. Not sure which version of of ARCHICAD you are using, but you can model your truss using the standard beam tool and objects. Make a custom beam profile for the purlins.
You could also make each element a custom profile.
Make one truss and then select all and use the multiply tool to spread the trusses at the correct spacing.

i'm using archicad 18.
i made the truss using beam with profil manager.
but my problem is
i couldn't trim it.
is there a way to trim or i should make the specific length truss without trim?
