need special window / shutter set up.

maybe this is not as hard as i am making it.

i need a double, double hung window, with transom lights above and triple (to match the horizontals in teh window gang) leaf shutters. like image.

i know that many windows have a transom feature, but it gangs it directly at the top of the lowers. I need about a 6 inch separation. except for the shutters, i have come up with a Double, double hung window and a fixed double window above. then i extended the casing on the top window that makes it look as if they were ganged up. i guess it will work, but id like ot have it all in one big window with the shutter option on.

am i asking too much? would this need to be a custom GDL object?
