perimeter calcuation accuracy..

the perimeter shown here is 8m but when i made a manual calculation (without substracting the window and door openings )is 7.6m....what am i missing?

what i want is the perimeter of the interior wall.

help please!

I would be guessing that your areas and perimeters are being rounded up.
Not sure if this is a zone stamp setting or a preference setting for decimals.

Area value is governed by Area Dimensions Decimals setting in Dimension Preferences, Length vaue is governed by Length Dimension Decimals setting in Dimension Preferences.

I think you forgot the two sections of the walls where the wall goes from being double wide to the narrower section that the door sits in.

Try turning on the zone color under
OPTION,
DISPLAY OPTIONS
OPTIONS FOR DISPLAY AND OUTPUT
ZONE POLYGONS : 'Over the Fills'
See attached. My perimeter setting the wall thickness difference to .2m makes the Perimeter calculation come out to 8m.
