I was working in perspective view and I am not sure what I did but it seems like I broke it. haha

anyway i can either see a small upper portion of the house which is tipped on its side 90 degrees and if I try orbit or 3dfly it just goes white and the movements do not work.

p.s. my screenshots keyboard comand stopped working???? so I can not attach a picture.

It took me a long time to find the solution. So I think it would be good to share it with you that encountered the same problem.

Nice explanation but its doesn't work for all bugs. I tried on my old file with that problem and it didn't fix it. But thank you for sharing this to us, maybe it will help on other future project.

I got one more tip. Few months ago i gave that file with the bug to a collage who works on Macintosh and he didn't have that problem at all.

Yes, Sometimes the bug still remains. I did this method many times but once it didn't solve the problem so I had to Copy-Paste my whole project which was quite pain in the neck!
I found a Hotfix from Graphisoft which fixes many bugs and one of them is to fix: "An invisible plane cuts the 3D model in perspective OpenGL mode".
I haven't downloaded it yet but I guess it might solve the problem fundamentally.
