AC11: In a team-worked project when logged in as the TEAM LEADER the wait for the project to regenerate when switching views, panning or scrolling is many times longer than the 1-3 seconds as experienced by the those logged in as team members.
This has been occurring for the last 3+ weeks. It happens on networked and non-networked computers, all pc. We've established this has nothing to do with the network speed which has remained excellent.
Has anyone experienced anything like this or have any suggestions for what might be causing this problem?
