ArchiCAD 9 was a long time ago, but I think Profiler and other Goodies came on the installation CD. The file should be put in a folder in the Add-Ons folder in the ArchiCAD 9 folder. You may then need to relaunch ArchiCAD and use the Add-On Manager to get it to show up, mine is under the Tools menu.
