Problem with toolbar

Can anyone help me out with a problem iv had when recently re-installing AC11? Whats happened is that the top toolbar (file,edit etc) has been altered and the set-up has completely changed.
Im having problems with it as i cant follow the help menu now that the routes on the tutorials are different to what appears on my screen. Does anyone know whats happened or how to get back the original AC11 layout?

Go to the Work Environment, select Work Environment Profiles at the top of the left hand pane, then select one of the locked standard Profiles on the right pane, click on the Apply button, and click OK, this will reset the Work Environment.
