resize like in autocad?

Hello:

In Autocad i very often use the ALIGN command to resize elements.
(you can scale the distance between 2 clicked points so it makes it very easy and precise),

is there a way like that in Archicad?, because i found myself trying to use the RESIZE command of archicad but its very tedious (using percentage).
