rotating something on the z-axis

I have created a mesh but need to rotate it so that it will lie on its side. The way it is designed i can't draw it on the right axis. I can only get it to rotate on the z and y-axis. Is there a way to rotate on the z-axis?

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
