When I open up a file, the size of each drawing relation to the screen is always maximize. So the edges are hidden under the palettes and toolboxes. Then I have to manually move the tool box so I can grab the edge of the screen and pull it down. Then put the palette back and hit the "maximize" button. Only then will it show the maximize screen within the toolboxes.
I would think that I can save these settings somehow so every time I open it, its all done. Any clues if it can be done and how to do it?

That only saves the palette layout, not the frame size that the drawing is in. Unless I'm not getting what you're talking about.
