1. Make a dashed line, assign it an appropriate thickness (1.5mm) and offset it from the others. Easier to do it in True Weight mode.
2. Create your own symbol line - it's a pity you cannot use Fills for creating the pattern. So, create a pattern using several parallel lines with little offset - in True Weight mode it works just fine.
