shell designed by using 2 vertical profiles

I am trying to design a shell which will be circumscribed to a couple of vertical to each other ellipsoid reference levels like these ones in the attached image.

Is there a way to do this???

Try to do it using the Revolved geometry method.
Also, check into what is possible with the Distortion Angle setting on a Revolved Shell. See if that can achieve what you are after.

OK.. actually it is a solution but a draft one: I cannot control the length of the revolution axis, thus, it is impossible to give dimensions to the shape..

The length of the Revolution Axis really reflects the extents of the Profile Polygon.

But yeah, if the section of this shape is an ellipse in all of its 3 main directions that I don't think the Shell Tool can do it.
