sketchup "eye" equivalent in 3d

for moving around in 3d, what is the Archicad command that is the equivalent to sketchup's "eye" tool, where you stay in one place but just rotate around?

Look for the "Walking Person" icon next to the zoom extents button in the 3D Window.
