solid element operations

I was cutted slab with morph profile/shape for  slop shape, than morph put in to hidden layers , after than create wall on the top or other element so all objects was cutted same as well morph profile , how do i just slab cuting with solid element operation,

If you want to stick to this modeling method you should put the upper wall onto a different layer which has a different intersection priority number and repeat the SEO with the same operator.

Example here - the upper wall layer was set to wireframe for a better view and I used two single plane roof elements for operators:

You went by difficult way, instead to use the roof for a slope and then all the walls trim to roof.
