some shortcut keys are not working in mac machine... eg - drag a copy...

No problems here. Occasionally I have a display glitch that stops showing the action (even though it is happening). This is sometimes fixed just by switching to another program and back, others I have had to restart ArchiCAD.

I'm not quite clear from your description what the problem is. Some more detail might help.

Drag a copy is by default CMD+OPT+D which for a Mac is "Show/Hide Dashboard". I have changed my Drag a Copy shortcut to CTRL+SHIFT+D for that reason (and because thats what my PC shortcut was, so easy to remember).
